Order Processing time
It is our top priority to ship out all orders as soon as possible.
Please note our products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) from the time you make your purchase for our products to be completed before shipping.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted as long as they are made within 3 hours of purchase.
Taxes and Customs
We offer international shipping. All our products are shipped from the EU.
- Orders within the EU: No additional customs duties or import taxes apply for deliveries within the EU. The price you see at checkout is the final cost.
- Orders within the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Switzerland: For orders outside the EU import duties and taxes may apply upon package arrival at your destination. As an importer, you are required to adhere to all laws and regulations of the country where the products are being delivered to, therefore all taxes and/or extra duties must be taken care of by the customer. Please check in with your local customs office for more details.
- Orders from other international destinations: Customs duties and import VAT may apply when the goods arrive.
Delivery options
Our products are shipped by trusted delivery providers – UPS, FedEx, DHL as well as by the Post. We have chosen these partners due to reliable and global services they offer.
We offer Standard and Express Shipping. All costs are calculated and applied at checkout. Standard shipping is free of charge within the EU and US.

Delayed orders
Please be aware that although we mostly guarantee delivery on time, once our packages are handed over to the delivery service, transit and delivery are beyond our control. If you wish to receive your order at a specific time, please plan accordingly.
In some cases there may be delays due to factors like national holidays, unpredictable weather conditions, or customs.
EventFrame is not responsible for delays related to customs. In case there are delays on our part, we will notify you immediately.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please make sure all information you provide is correct and up-to-date.
For a smooth delivery we recommend providing your phone number and e-mail address, which the courier can use for delivery purposes.
Damaged Items
Please note to always accept packages in perfect condition upon delivery. In case an order arrives damaged, do not open it. Report it to the delivery service and send us a message with pictures at info@eventframeshop.com . We will instruct you on the next steps.
All our products are packaged securely using protective materials and styrofoam to prevent any damage made during shipping. We ensure all packages are properly sealed.
All our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. If there happens to be any mistake on our part, please let us know.
