Refund policy
At EventFrame, we are committed to working for full satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we are glad to assist with returns, exchanges, or cancellations, as long as they follow our outlined guidelines. Please take a moment to review the process below.
Return Request:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Dispatch items back to us within 21 days of delivery.
Cancellation:
- Cancellation requests must be made within 3 hours of purchase.
Damaged Goods:
- If your item arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund, including shipping costs.
- A photo proof of the damage (on arrival) must be provided to ensure a fair assessment of whether the damage occurred before or after delivery.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us and provide a reason for the return. Once we have reviewed your request, we will confirm the return shipment with you.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
Due to the nature of these products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
Customer’s Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
- Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange. If an item is returned in a damaged or altered state, the customer may be held responsible for any reduction in value.
